Terms & Conditions:
1. The range is based on usage. The stated range is calculated at a constant speed of 35 km/h.
2. No installment facility is available. Only cash payment is accepted. Every vehicle purchase is final and cannot be exchanged or replaced later. Please inspect the bike or scooty carefully before leaving the shop, as the company will not accept any claims for broken or damaged parts afterward.
3. As a rule of thumb, a higher battery voltage (V) provides better motor speed, while a higher ampere-hour (Ah) rating provides greater energy storage and longer backup.
4. Battery warranty depends on both time and mileage. Please check the warranty card before purchase. Typically, Lithium Iron Phosphate batteries are covered for 24 months or 18,000 km. In all cases, the warranty stated on the vehicle’s warranty card takes precedence.
5. Generally, the motor warranty for bikes is 12 months.
6. Generally, the charger comes with a 3-month warranty or 3,000 km, whichever comes first.
